Camping Pitches – Rate policy
We thank you for your CAMPING PITCH reservation. Please take note of our sales policy:
Reservation fee
The reservation fee is
25,00 €
per reserved unit and is non-refundable.
The 25 € Reservation fee is not summed in the advance payment.
Cancellation policy for Camping Pitch
The reservation will be held by 23:00, on arrival date. Arrivals after 20:00 must be announced in advance.
In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of 100,00 % ( 25€ reservation fee + advance payment).
In case of cancellation 365-0 days before arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00 % of the guarantee value ( 25€ reservation fee + advance payment).
Earlier departures
In case of shortening the reservation, the campsite reception keep the advance payment minimum for the amount of shortening the stay.
Modifing reservation
Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
Check in/out
Check-in time is after 12:00 on arrival day.
Check-out time is before 12:00 on departure day.
Early/late check-in/out depend of availability.
The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
Residence tax and Registration fee
Residence tax amounts 1,30 € per person / day in the period 01.04. – 30.09., and 0,80 € in other periods.
Persons aged between 12 and 17,99 pay 50% residence tax.
Registration fee is charged 1,00 € per person one time (upon arrival).
Prices and Payment
We accept cash and card payments (Visa, Master, Maestro).

The reservation will be held by 23:00, on arrival date. Arrivals after 20:00 must be announced in advance.

Campsite Ulika uses the WSpay security system for credit card authorisation. The system uses state-of-the-art technologies for protection against misuse, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with minimum 128-bit SSL data encryption and other technologies and security procedures of the highest standard. The exchange of sensitive data between the online payment system and authorisation centres of card companies is carried out via a virtual private network (VPN) which is fully protected against unauthorised access. Sensitive data from your credit card is delivered online, directly to the authorization centre.
